Grand Finale Cleaning is a locally owned business seeking Residential Cleaning Associates who live in the La Grange, Crestwood, Louisville, and surrounding areas. We are looking for dedicated, hardworking, reliable, and friendly individuals to join our team! We are looking for individuals that are willing to learn and grow within a company to become leaders and supervisory roles.Job Info:

  * Experience in cleaning is a plus but not required. We will train you!

  * Starting Pay is $15 an hour for the paid training period. Once training is completed then raises will be given accordingly.

  * We offer flexible schedules based on your availability. Mon-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. (Weekends and Evenings offered)

  * Cleaning equipment/supplies provided by the company

  * Must have own reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License.

  * Highschool Diploma or GED required.

  * Must be able to legally work in the U.S.

  * Must be able to pass a background check

  Benefits Offered after 90 day trial period:

  *Grand Finale Cleaning offers health insurance and 401K options after probationary period is completed.

  * 401 K and Paid Vacation after one year of employment.

  *Paid holidays

  *Mileage compensation

Must have own transportation to travel Oldham, Shelby, Jefferson, and other surrounding counties including the Louisville Metro area. You will be assigned clients that are within a 40 mile radius from your home after training. Applicant must be willing to submit to a Criminal Background check.
