• Competitive Pay: $16.00/hr during training, increasing to $18.00/hr after training (before mileage compensation), with potential earnings between $720-$800 weekly after training.
Responsibilities:
• Perform cleaning duties such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing.
• Ensure all assigned areas are kept clean and organized according to company standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet cleaning requirements and expectations.
• Always uphold a professional and courteous demeanor while representing Grand Finale Cleaning.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to use your vehicle for business purposes (with reimbursement).
• Ability to use a mobile phone for business scheduling.
• Must have documentation to work in the United States.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Must have own transportation to travel Oldham, Shelby, Jefferson, and other surrounding counties including the Louisville Metro area. You will be assigned clients that are within a 40 mile radius from your home after training. Applicant must be willing to submit to a Criminal Background check. Our company also participates in E-Verify for employment verification. We are looking to hire immediately.
